Free trial

You can evaluate ZodHR free for the trial period without entering payment details.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by not renewing your subscription. The Service remains available until the end of the paid term. Contact us to stop an upcoming renewal.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase. Refunds for renewals and added licences are considered case by case.

If a payment fails but money was debited, it is reversed automatically by the bank or Cashfree within 5–7 working days. If it is not, write to us with your order ID.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Delivery

ZodHR is delivered online. Access is activated immediately after a successful payment, and the GST invoice is emailed to the billing contact.
